Product Focus: Pre-Workouts are formulated with ingredients that work together to ramp up your energy and endurance, increase strength, crank up muscle growth, and burn off body fat.
Flavors: “Flavors”, I say this in quotes because the label says they are flavored to taste like something but it’s not even close, but I’ll get to that later. Count ’em, there’s 2; Watermelon and Fruit Punch.
Cost: $29.99 retail with 30 servings, at $1 a serving, it isn’t bad value.
The Lowdown: The ingredients are pretty solid, things you want in a pre-workout are there. Here is the ingredient list:

Vitamin Shoppe product Webpage
My Bottom Line: I bought this product solely on the ingredient lift and because Vitamin Shoppe was having a 50% off sale, so why not. Well it works great, I have pretty great energy for my workouts in while using this. It didn’t really do anything for drive or focus, which I realize is hard to quantify. The real downfall is that it tastes HORRIBLE. Not the absolute worst I have tried but it is up there on the list. If you do not mind the taste of sidewalk chalk or paste, then this might be an excellent option for you. My recommendation would be to find another product or even just make you own pre-workout, it would prob taste better than this!
